1980’s

DicQie Fuller, Ph.D., studies under Dr. Edward Howell, the “Father of Enzyme Therapy,” in search of access to plant or mycelial enzymes in the United States.

Dr. Fuller formulates the “Zyme” product line (DigestZyme, GastroZyme, PureZyme, MasterZyme, CalmZyme, ReleaseZyme, BalanceZyme, and Plantadophilus).*

Her formulations’ popularity is quickly noticed and she begins teaching enzyme nutrition alongside Dr. Howard Loomis for Tony Collier at National Enzyme Company.

Dr. Fuller formulates for several retail companies and teaches across the United States while living in Scottsdale, AZ.

1990

Dr. Fuller returns to private practice and completes her research on enzyme deficiencies based on body type.

Publishes the four Biochemical Individualism Body Typing Booklets for Para, Estro/Testro, Supra, and Neuro.

1991

Transformation™ is established. We are considered the Pioneers of Enzyme Nutrition Therapy for being one of the first to manufacture and distribute plant or mycelial enzymes in the United States.

1994

Wright State University publishes On the Synergistic Effects of Enzymes in Food with Enzymes in the Human Body: A Literature Survey and Analytical Report (PubMed).

Transformation™ expands brand and distributes its enzyme-based dietary supplements to health professionals, clinics, and pharmacies worldwide.

1995

Dr. Fuller moves Transformation™ to Houston, TX, and launches in-house Transformation™ Enzyme Therapy research clinic.

1996

Transformation’s Advisory Board is formed.

1997

Super CellZyme is formulated and introduced by Dr. Dick Couey and Dr. DicQie Fuller.*

1998

Dr. Fuller publishes her first book, The Healing Power of Enzymes.

1999

Mahamane Mamadou, Ph.D., publishes Transformation’s white paper, Oral Enzymes: Facts and Concepts.

2000

Dr. Mamadou and Dr. Fuller formulate Transformation Professional Protocol™ (TPP™) product line of therapeutic strength formulas: Digest, Gastro, Protease, Probiotic, and Lypo.*

2001

Robert Greenberg, Ph.D., DC, FASA and Inventor of the BTA 2000™ introduces Biological Terrain Analysis™ (BTA™) to the clinic and formulates the Biological Terrain Nutritionals™ (BTN™) product line, now incorporated into the TPP™ product line: Adrenal Complex, Liver Support, Thyroid Complex, and Immune AV.*

2002

Transformation™ introduces Carbo-G formula with DPP-IV for gluten and casein sensitivity.*

2005

Transformation’s international network is expanded to twenty-eight countries.

The research study Stability and Activity of Supplemental Digestive Enzymes in Simulated Gastric Fluid is presented at the Scripps Conference by M. Mamadou, S. Marr, K. Paydon, and R. Medhektar.

2006

Dr. Mamadou and KD Couch, NP, research the effects of CalmZyme on neurotransmitters.

2008

Lisa (Helffrich) Hudson, RDN, creates Transformation’s Practitioner’s Product Guide, an exclusive resource for clinicians with more in-depth instructions on usage.

Wendy Everett Cooke with Dr. DicQie Fuller publish The M Club: Survive Menopause and Feel Great Again with the Healing Power of Enzymes.

2009

The Baylor Protease Inflammation Study coordinated by Darryn Willoughby, Ph.D., is published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise (PubMed).

2010

The University of Houston researches the effectiveness of Protease IFC and RepairZyme with their football program, coordinated by Chad Dennis, NSCA, CSCCA.*

2011

Lisa (Helffrich) Hudson, RDN, publishes The Ripple Effect of Toxicity: And What You Can Do About It.

Suzanne Espinoza purchases Transformation Enzyme Corporation after mentoring with Dr. Fuller and Ken Looney for 16 years.

2014

Milton Bastidas, DC, CIHP, and Lisa (Helffrich) Hudson, RDN, publish The Effects of Nutrition and Enzyme Therapy on Gastrointestinal Dysfunction, a clinical study that reversed the signs and symptoms of leaky gut (intestinal permeability) in just 63 days using enzyme therapy and diet modifications.

2015

Transformation™ launches Thrive in 63™ Program based on the clinical study led by Dr. Milton Bastidas and Lisa (Helffrich) Hudson, RDN.

2016

Dr. Fuller publishes revised edition of The Healing Power of Enzymes with six additional chapters.
